Many of the challenges we face in adulthood like anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, are not who we truly are, but patterns formed from past experiences, often rooted in childhood. Inner Child Healing is a deep therapeutic process that gently brings you into connection with the younger parts of you still holding onto pain, fear, or unmet needs.
Drawing from the teachings of Dr. Hew Len and the traditional Ho’oponopono prayer, this work uses love, forgiveness, and presence to meet those wounded inner parts with understanding rather than judgment. Together, we explore where your core beliefs first began, what emotional needs were left unmet, and how to release the patterns that no longer serve you.
These sessions are intuitive, safe, and deeply restorative, lasting between 60 to 90 minutes, and are always guided at your pace. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected with practical tools to continue nurturing the inner child beyond our time together.
