Unconscious Mind Therapy is not your typical talking session, it’s a powerful, intensive process designed to help you break free from the hidden patterns keeping you stuck. Rooted in the work of renowned psychologist Alfred Adler, this approach explores how early experiences and beliefs shape your identity, behavior, and emotional responses today.
Over the course of three focused hours, we dive beneath the surface of your current struggles — anxiety, low self-worth, indecision, perfectionism, and more — and begin tracing them back to the unconscious programming they stem from. You’ll begin to see how your mind has been operating on old beliefs, often formed in childhood, that no longer reflect who you are or what you truly want.
This work is different from traditional therapy where you spend years revisiting the past without real change. While we do acknowledge past experiences, the purpose is to move forward — by identifying the original wound, understanding how it has influenced your inner world, and actively reshaping your beliefs to support a freer version of you.
It’s intense, it’s transformational, and it’s designed for those ready to do the deep work.

Over the course of four sessions, you’ll have the space and guidance to ease into the process without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Each week allows you to explore a little deeper, uncovering what’s been holding you back and learning how to release it in a safe and nurturing way.
This programme is ideal if you’re new to therapy, curious about inner healing, or simply ready to begin making changes but unsure where to start. With consistent support and a step-by-step approach, the four weeks give you time to build trust in the process, integrate the shifts you experience, and feel more confident in your journey of transformation.
